      How do I use them (simple routine)? +
      Daily / As needed: Shampoo — wet hair and scalp, 2–3 pumps, massage 30–60s, rinse. Repeat after heavy sweat or product.
      Weekly: Scalp Scrub — walnut-size on wet scalp before shampoo, massage gently 60s, rinse, then shampoo. 1–2× weekly.
      After wash / Anytime: Leave-In Mist — 5–8 sprays mid-lengths to ends on towel-damp hair, comb through; 2–3 sprays on dry hair to refresh. No rinse.
      Is it safe for a sensitive or flaky scalp? +
      Yes. Formulas are sulfate-free and made to cleanse without the tight feel. Start with every other day if you’re reactive. Use the scrub 1× weekly and avoid broken or irritated skin. If flakes persist, alternate with any treatment your doctor recommends.
