What are your shipping costs?
Orders under $80 / €80 ship for a flat $5 / €5. Orders of $80 / €80+ ship free with standard shipping. See full Shipping Policy.
How long will delivery take?

Total time = fulfilment + shipping. We prepare orders in 2 business days. Transit then depends on destination. Examples: US 2–5 business days; UK 4–7; DE 4–6; NL/BE/AT 3–5; ES 7–9.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

How do I track my order?
We’ll email a tracking link when your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the parcel, contact us within 7 days at support@bravaskin.com.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us before dispatch and we’ll try to update it. After dispatch, changes may not be possible and undeliverable parcels may return to us. Re-shipping fees can apply.
Do you ship internationally—what about customs and taxes?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders outside the US or EU may incur import VAT, duties, or taxes set by local customs. These aren’t collected at checkout and are the recipient’s responsibility, including the UK and other non-EU countries.

Failure to pay duties or provide requested info can delay delivery or cause returns. See Shipping Policy.

My delivery is late or missed—what should I do?
Weather, customs, or holiday volumes can slow carriers. Check tracking and local pickup points, then contact your courier. If the parcel is returning to us, email us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

What is your return policy?
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unopened items.
  • Opened skincare is not returnable for change of mind.
  • Bundles, gift sets, and discounted items are final sale.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on your first order of a product. One opened unit per customer may be claimed. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I request a return or guarantee claim?
Email support@bravaskin.com with your order number and a short description. If items are damaged, include clear photos in your email. Our team replies within 7 business days with next steps.
What if my order is damaged or lost?
For damage, email us within 30 days of delivery. For loss, notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, usually within 72 hours.

Is it safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. Dermatologically tested and many items are COSMOS Organic. Suitable for all skin types. Start once daily, then build to morning and night as your skin tolerates it.
How fast will I see results?
Many notice smoother texture in days. With consistent daily use, tone and clarity commonly improve by week 3.
What do the products smell like?
Light, fruity white floral with a touch of jasmine and sandalwood. Clean and understated.
Are your formulas vegan, cruelty-free, and certified?
Yes—Vegan and Cruelty Free. Many products carry COSMOS Organic and are derm tested, nut free, and gluten free. See Ingredients & Standards.
What is the simplest routine to start with?
  1. Cleanse — Elixir to Milk lifts buildup without stripping.
  2. Treat — Prime Formula targets tone, texture, and balance.
  3. Protect — Mineral SPF with a clean, matte finish.
Prefer fewer steps? Start with Cleanse + SPF in the morning, and add Treat at night. Shop bundles.
How do I use Elixir to Milk Cleanse?
Apply 2–3 pumps on dry skin and massage for 30–60 seconds. Wet hands to turn milky, then rinse well. Double cleanse at night if you wore sunscreen or trained hard.

What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, PayPal, and major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, email us as soon as possible and we will try to help. Once dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it, but returns may be possible per policy.
Can I use a discount code or send a gift?
Enter valid codes at checkout. For gifts, add a note in your cart or email us with your order number, and we will do our best to help.
Where can I manage my orders and details?
