      How do I use them in a simple routine? +
      Shower: 2 in 1 Hair + Body Wash on wet hair and body. Lather and rinse.
      Post shower: Body Power on damp skin. Add extra on elbows, knees, and hands.
      Exfoliate: Icelandic Volcano Surge one to three times weekly. Massage gently and rinse. Avoid broken or irritated skin.
      Will the washes dry my skin or flatten my hair? +
      They are made with betaine to support hydration. Skin feels comfortable after rinsing. Hair feels soft with light volume when using the 2 in 1.
      Is the scrub gentle enough for sensitive areas? +
